Email de contacto de facturación

Buenos días

Me están realizando las facturas con unos datos erroneos, y no encuentro la manera de poder camibarlos.
La IA que teneis para resolver los problemas no me pasa con ningún agente, y me da una solución que no puedo utilizar.
El nombre de la empresa a la que tiene que ir la factura no lo puedo poner, ya que coge los datos de facturación de la tarjeta, en lugar de los de la empresa.

Todo solucionado. Aunque tuve que insistir mucho en que se pusiera un agente, en lugar de la IA. Para que funcionara todo correcto

No, en el enlace superior no pude hacer nada. Lo contabilizo para la empresa, por que el CIF esta bien, y cuando venga hacienda les dire que hablen con Acrobad, que no tiene la manera de que pongan mis datos. Les adjuntare todas estas consultas y los correos que envie a soporte. Más no puedo hacer.

@Casas_Carpinteria , I am sorry you have been unable to access your invoice from Adobe. I am unsure who you spoke with in your original post, because I can find no record of you contacting us outside of this public discussion thread you started in June.

Please use a different browser or device to download your invoice by following the suggestions provided by Kglad at https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/print-creative-cloud-invoice.html. Your most recent post, @Casas_Carpinteria, seems to indicate you are also encountering problems interacting with the tax office's website. You may need to work with your computer's IT department if the computer or device is managed by them.

¿Donde puedo encontrar el correo electronico para ponerme en contacto con el agente (persona física)?
En el bot que tienen ahi, era un ciclo sin fin, que me daban siempre la misma solución erronea y me hizo perder mucho tiempo
