I changed my adobe account primary email last week.  I verified it.  It shows the new email correctly online and it shows it is verified.  HOWEVER, Adobe keeps sending emails to my old email address.  Is there a secret place that I need to change or  does Adobe need to change something on its end (and who do I contact to do that)?

Also, when I use chat twice tonight to fix this issue--the agents just end the chat without answering me.

AWFUL customer service....

Deborah, I am sorry. I know it can be frustrating when you cannot access your account, but I don't see any active memberships or subscriptions under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.

Individuals can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3DSk6sB to change the primary e-mail address associated with their account.

If an organization manages your plan, then you will need to work with that organization's Creative Cloud plan administrator to make the necessary changes. ^JW
