Estou com problemas com a assinatura, nem o aplicativo do cloud e nem no browser está conseguindo checar o status da minha assinatura.

 

Já olhei firewall, já tentei reinstalar e nada.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html for additional steps you can take to restore access to Adobe servers. Check the host files if you are blocked from reaching us in the browser and the applications. ^JW
