Error creating my account after entering credit card when applying for 2 week trial.

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud for my company and entered my credit card information, but the page froze during the process. Since then, I’ve been prompted to confirm my email via a code — however, I’ve never received the confirmation email.

I’ve checked my spam folder and tried resending the code multiple times, but I still can’t access my account. When I attempt to create a new account using the same email address, I receive an error stating that an account already exists.

I’m concerned that since I entered my credit card details, I may be charged for the full subscription despite not being able to log in and cancel. Obviously, I would like to cancel the subscription if I cannot access the account.

I’m currently reaching out from my private email address, as I cannot access the company account.

Thank you for your help — I’d appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this.

Best regards, Christian
