Error en el pago, pago no acreditado.

Hola buenas. En Marzo cancelé mi plan de estudiante el cual finalizaba hoy, a los días de haberlo cancelado, yo volvi a pagar un plan distinto, me descontó el dinero de mi tarjeta y todo, pero en mis facturas ese pedido no sale y hoy, tampoco se me renovó la suscripción. En resumen; hice el pago de mi suscripción y no se vio reflejada. Quisiera por favor que me ayudaran a que se me reconozca ese pago.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
