ERROR FACTURACIÓN

Mi información de facturación es correcta, y tengo dinero en la cuenta bancaria. Ya tengo la factura de este mes, pero en el banco me aparece que Creative Cloud no ha cobrado el dinero. Y no para de llegarme el mensaje de "Existe un problema con tus detalles de pago. Actualiza tu información de pago."

 

¿Qué puedo hacer?

    I came here from the chat (which says it is available 24/7 but it seems is not). So the chat brought me here for a billing problem with my card (my card is ok, my info is ok, and I have already talked to the bank and they say my cards have no problem).

    What is this error? It kind of a platform error? My subscription is going to be cancelled tomorrow and the chat is not available. What should I do?

    PS. English is not my mother tongue.

    PS 2. I waste two weeks talking with Adobe and the bank, I am not doing this at last minute. It is my last chance.
