Hi everyone! Has anyone been able to pay their subscription anytime soon? I have not been able to pay for 2 subscriptions for almost 2 weeks now. I need the full creative cloud and my wife only has a subscription to photoshop. I tried different accounts, different bank cards and mastercard and visa, wrote to adobe tech support. But they don't recognize the problem in their payment system, they say it's the bank rejecting the payment. I wrote to my bank tech support, they say they don't reject individual payments, they either block the account completely for some reason, any card works with any payment. After reading the forum and the community I realized that the problem is not only with me. That adobe just doesn't have a working payment system and they don't want to fix it. Does anyone want to join and write a collective complaint directly to the legal address of adobe?
contact adobe support if you're not able to solve your payment issue. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I've written to tech support many times and they can't help me with anything. That's what they say.

what do you mean by "written"?
there is no email support you can initiate.

What does e-mail have to do with it? I wrote to them in the chat room at adobe.com.

( "written" was misleading. )
anyway, what did the chat agent say?

All agents say different things. In any case, none of this helps. The last one said about a week ago that he would pass the information about the payment problem to some department. However, nothing has been resolved so far. It is impossible to buy a subscription.

Good afternoon, the following situation occurred. I recently tried to subscribe to photoshop, but I forgot to log into my account before entering my payment card information. And when I clicked confirm, some error occurred. that is, my banking system received a notification that my card was linked to which account. Please help me solve this problem, because I don’t plan to use Photoshop in the future. Today I was charged money for the first month of using the paid version of Photoshop, but I don’t use it, I don’t even have this program installed.

you'll need to contact adobe support to make your case, but they won't be able to confirm installation/usage details. they'll only be able to see you started a subscription and failed to cancel during the free cancellation period.

I have the same problem. Nobody could help me with it 8(
I see a lot of cases on Internet. The problem is on the Adobe side. The only way by now - to use unlegal version

rather than load malware onto your computer, you can use a 3rd party reseller, http://adobedealreg.force.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en
