Error with educational liscence

Hello,

I am a student of an institution recognized by Adobe and I have already download substance 3d painter. I want to install other 3D software which I have access. However, when I go to the link https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/# to get my license codes, when I enter the email of my verified and valid student account, the web site simply replies: UniqueID Already exists. This error prevents me from doing more and does not let me be verified again. I do not receive any email in my inbox or my undesirable.

I can't also download these application from the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. It tells me to try a free trial or buy the software.

So I'm wondering, how can I get my substance 3D licenses back and/or how to install these applications according to my student profile.

Can you help me...?

Thanks in advance 🙂

there is (and has been) a server issue. ie, the problem is on adobe's end,  https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/

recheck that website for every week or so for updates.

I have the same issue. I tried to contact support on Twitter, but they aren't that responsive. I hope it gets possible at some point, because none of our students can use the product at the moment.
