J'ai pris un essai gratuit 7 jours pour Photoshop mais rien ne s'affiche sur mon compte sauf que j'aimerais le résigner avant que l'on me débite. Avez-vous une solution ?

https://account.adobe.com/plans vous donne l'aperçu de vos plans. Si à ce moment-là, vous avez des difficultés, il serait utile de poster une copie d'écran.

 

Le plan se laisse résilier après le début de la période payante dans les premiers quinze jours de l'abonnement. La charge sera alors remboursée.
