Exporting is very easy, video + audio exports are fast, contacting billing is not.
Premiere Pro membership is NOT a one-year sign up, the robots continue your membership and force you into a contract for another year where you cannot cancel, you would have to pay for the entire year. The Customer Care pages lists "phone" and "chat" as ways to reolve billing issues, however no chat or phone number is given nor can be found. There is not even a FORUM for billing issues, so one's only option is to post on another FORUM like this one. I am feeling scammed by Premiere - it is a strange, new feeling, I have used Premiere Pro as well as a myriad of other editing softwares in the last 20 + years as an editor and filmmaker. I would like a reach-out, a human being, and to get out of the contract which was suppose to end November 5 2022.
