Vi ho già mandato due e-mail all'indirizzo abuse@adobe.com il 20 giugno 2023 in italiano.

Il secondo e-mail allo stesso indirizzo, spedito il 27 giugno 2023 in inglese.

Non ho mai ricevuto risposte.

Potete per favore controllare e farmi sapere se è possibile avere uno sconto mensile, poiché, come potete constatare dai e-mail citati, non posso più effettuare aggiornamenti.

Perciò chiedo un ribasso sull'importo mensile.

I can tell you there is one price, and if you choose not to update (because you prefer older software or prefer not to buy a new computer) there is no discount, so you would be wasting your time. Just as if you chose not to use cloud storage, chose not to have a free portfolio
