fee for canceling anual creative cloud plan?

I want to cancel my anual CC plan that I have been on for 1.7 years and am told that I need to pay a fee of 100 euroes (1 032,50 nok). this can´t be right

I agree, the cancellation fee is too high! I ordered Premiere Pro and while I understand the point of having a cheaper plan if you agree to annual, but when I ordered this wasn't clear at all. I only needed the program for a couple of months and I would have gladly paid double the monthly price to avoid such a high cancellation fee. The customers are NOT informed of this properly when ordering! The choices between the different plans should be clearly stated. I agree it's ridiculous, and I'm very unhappy with paying such a high cancellation fee that I wasn't aware of. Nowhere in my confirmation email does it say how high this fee is.

Next time I need a video editing tool, I will not buy Adobe again.

the info about canceling is presented when you're subscribing, but with everything else presented, at that time, it is easy to overlook.

Yes, I've seen screenshots here in the forums of the three different plans with their prices next to them when ordering, but it didn't look that way when I ordered it. It was just a trial version that I extended. Based on the amount of posts on this forum about the cancellation fee, Adobe should definitely make it easier and more clear for the users. I would expect a professional company like this to keep their customers well informed.

Your subscription is an annual contract, to cancel early you pay a fee of one half of the remaining time
