Fehlerhafter Zahlvorgang: "Kauf wird nicht unterstützt" bei Upgrade auf gesamte Cloud

Hallo,

habe bereits das Foto-Abo (läuft aber in wenigen Tage aus) und habe das Angebot für knapp 15 Euro pro Monat für die gesmate Creative Cloud gesehen, was ich mir eh holen wollte. Liegt am Black Friday Angebot und dem generell günstigerem Preis für Schüler unfd Azubis.

Warum kommt aber folgende Meldung?

Dort steht, wenn ich es buchen möchte, dass der Kauf nicht unterstützt wird. Wieso? Will doch bezahlen!

you can get more info from adobe support, if you're not sure why you don't qualify.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
