Dear Adobe Customer Support Team,
I am formally notifying you that despite multiple follow-ups, my refund of PHP 65,720 (across 19 transactions) has not been received. My bank (BDO Philippines) has officially confirmed that they never received this refund and do not accept the refund method Adobe used.

- Reprocess the refund using an alternative method (Bank Deposit, PayPal, or any accepted method).
- Provide written confirmation that the refund was actually completed (with transaction details).
If I do not receive a resolution within 3 business days, I will proceed with filing a formal legal complaint against Adobe for financial mishandling.
