Final Demand – Refund Not Received, Preparing for Legal Action

Dear Adobe Customer Support Team,

I am formally notifying you that despite multiple follow-ups, my refund of PHP 65,720 (across 19 transactions) has not been received. My bank (BDO Philippines) has officially confirmed that they never received this refund and do not accept the refund method Adobe used.

Key Facts:

  • Refund Amount: PHP 65,720
  • Number of Transactions: 19
  • Original Refund Attempt: March 2, 2025 (FAILED)
  • Bank Statement Proof: No refund received
  • BDO Confirmation: Bank does not accept card number remittance
  • Adobe’s Response: Keeps insisting refund was processed, but it never reached my account

Since Adobe continues to insist that the refund was processed to an unsupported payment method, I now have no choice but to escalate this case legally.

Final Request Before Legal Action:

  1. Provide ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) so my bank can track the refund.
  2. Reprocess the refund using an alternative method (Bank Deposit, PayPal, or any accepted method).
  3. Provide written confirmation that the refund was actually completed (with transaction details).

If I do not receive a resolution within 3 business days, I will proceed with filing a formal legal complaint against Adobe for financial mishandling.

This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably.

    I have followed all refund steps, but customer service refuses to connect
    me to an agent. My refund of PHP 65,720 was processed incorrectly, and my
    bank never received it. This is unacceptable. I need an immediate response!

    Try contacting Adobe Customer Care again, using the Chat box in the lower right:

    This time, type "agent" to get a human and not the bot. Ask for a supervisor or Tier 2 support. Get a case number at the very start of the call.
