I actually just want to delete the account since the email (educational email) no longer exists. I'm using my private account now.

Unfortunately, I also no longer have access to the passwords for all accounts associated with the educational email. therefore the Password can not be reset automatically (via email). The links or instructions on the German support page are not helpful, as they only redirect to the knowledge base and not to an employee (chat)

It says:
Can't access your email account? If you can no longer access the email address you used to create your account, contact us. Select the chat icon at the bottom right, then select "Need help logging in?" at the bottom.

But there is no chat icon that says Need help logging in (Brauchen sie Hilfe bei der Anmeldung).

This is the only Icon.

Wenden Sie sich an Adobe(Contact Adobe)

But here I am getting redirected to some kind of knowledge base. Which has several links listed, which then lead to articles that report on the problem at hand. It doesn't matter which link I click on there is no option to chat with a human. I have spent almost 60 minutes trying every link and every possible option on the page.

if that subscription was managed by your school, contact the plan admin.

if that is/was an individual subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @Ad

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
