Forgot to cancel free trial - can I cancel it somwhow?

Hello, everybody! 

I subscribed for free trial to Adobe and then I forgot to cancel it. I have a annual subscription for all the products (24 euros/monthly) :((, I didn t pay attention to it. I don t need the services, I just install it for writting my CV in pdf and now I m in trouble. 

 

To cancel my annual subsciption, I need to pay 140 euros taxes and I know it s my mistake, but it s not confortable for me to pay in vain, even not using Adobe anymore. Or to continue with the plan, paying 24 euro every month or to change my plan with that for 15 euros. 

 

None of this options fits me, because, as I said, I don t neee Adobe anymore and also it s a difficult period for me with money and I can afford right now to pay it.

 

Do you now or have any solution for this, please?

Contact Adobe support. They can revoke the cancellation fee if you can convince them. Stay patient if you get rejected, and try contacting another support executive. Best of luck. To contact support follow the instructions given below

2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should o

3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
