Forgotten e-mail with active subscription

I have created an account (obviously not this one) and subscribed to Creative Cloud, but I logged out and forgot my email address. The subscription is active, and I cannot cancel or access it. I can give an official person the details of the card used to pay for it, that card is only linked to one active subscription. Please help me, I do not want to cancel my credit card to stop this.

contact adobe support using twitter/x.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

It does not allow me to contact an agent since I do not have an active plan on this account. My active plan is on the other account, the one I cannot sign in to.
