Bonjour, arrivant au terme de ma période d'essai gratuite je veux me désabonner mais je ne trouve ça nul part et impossible de joindre Adobe France autrement que par téléphone et ça ne marche pas !!!! [abuse removed by moderator] ??? Mon numéro de commande de client est le ADB067018066FR ? Que dois-je faire ?? Je refuse de payer.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

it's not clear what problem you're having, but if it involves money you should contact adobe support and make your case.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Bonjour 

Je suis arrivé au terme de mon abonnement annuel.

Je ne veux pas le renouveller. Aucun problème

Sauf que Adobe se sert sur ma carte bancaire pour empocher 95.95 € de frais de résiliation

Ces frais sont totalement abusifs, tout comme le fait de se permettre de se servir à volonté sur ma carte

Conclusion : ne faites plus confiance à Abode et surtout ne payez pas par carte bancaire

Le service clientèle en français est disponible pendant les heures de bureaux.

 

Les frais d'annulation sont prévus dans le contrat. Je ne vais pas dire que c'est agréable, surtout si on a terminé une première année. Cependant, c'est ce qui est convenu entre vous et Adobe par le fait que vous avez accepté les conditions de commerciales d'Adobe. Contactez le service clientèle et demandez gentiment une annulation de votre abonnement.
