Question

Fraudulent activity detected on my Adobe Account

I have purchased a 1 year subscription directly from Adobe this time, and after 3 weeks I received an email saying that ,, We are reaching out to you to let you know that our fraud prevention experts have detected fraudulent behavior related to your Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the Adobe apps and services covered by your subscription.

For more information, please contact our dedicated customer support line at 00800-4488-23640."

I contacted the support team and they don't even care about my issue, they only said that ,, I need to wait for the team to solve this".

I have purchased another year subscription but without the 19% additional discount , and again, they don't even care.

I'm really disappointed of what Adobe it's doing in the last months, the support it's useless and the help given it's useless.

I opened a case at BBB because this is the only solution to get 19% back + the full refund for the 1st subscription.

@Yauheniya36707311xx5h

you can contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I'm really disappointed of what you're doing, no refund given for the old subscription, no 20% black friday discount applied, nothing, just the account blocked and that's it.

i'm not sure why you think adobe doesn't care when they're investigating.

yeah, because it's so hard to say ,,we're investigating"... I'm not sure what they're investigating since I used the app only on 2 devices which it's the maximum number, I didn't do anything that's not legal. I'm not not able to use their products and this is not fair for me as a customer since I paid for 1 year.
