I was trying to find an old file from Illustrator from a few years ago, so I went for a free trial. Couldn't find it, and cancelled my free trial after 3-4 days. I know for a fact I cancelled it. Just got billed for it anyways, and I can't seem to find ANYWHERE to actually get direct help from contact support.
