Hi there.
I created a free trial account 4 days ago (16 November) and I cancelled it today (20 November). In the cancellation email I can see that my account will revert to a basic, FREE level of membership which means to me that I won't be charged for anything. However, after I did some research (because I find it difficult to cancel the free trial with all these errors that came up) I was surprised to see how many people are complaining about the fact that you guys have charged their cards after the cancellation.
I'm writing this 3 days in advance before my "free trial" ends, witch I have the confirmation that I cancelled it anyway and I'm asking you to inform me if I will be charged for something or any reason that my basic, FREE level of membership will lead me to further payments to Adobe.

As I see that have cancelled the Photography plan under the ID that you are using with this community. The plan is no more active.

there's no charge if you cancel within 1 week of the trial start. and there's a fill refund if you within one week of the trial ending.
