I signed up for a free trial through my work email, not realising my organisation already had a Creative Cloud account (it wasn't updating so looked like I didn't have access). I want to cancel the free trial before it bills me, but it will only show that I have the organisation account and won't let me find/cancel the trial and subsequent billing. Any advice on how to sort this out?
