Free Trial

I started a free trial and it was approved with my credit card but when I try to convert to a document to a PDF, it brings me back to the page that has the subscription prices and the 7 day free trial. When I click on the free trial again I get an error saying "couldn't complete purchase- Already Purchased" What do I do?

    We appreciate you writing in. As per your account info, you do not have any active subscription listed under your email address. When did you purchase the license?

    I have just downloaded an illustrator trial and now Adobe dont recognise my active subscribtion in the chat app.  I dont not like the chat app because it gives you a choice that may not have anything to do with the app.

    It is so confusing for a new user and definetly not user friendly

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

     

    if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

     

    if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

     

    if that fails, change the install location

    These are all solutions for a desktop. I'm not using a desktop, I'm using an Android phone. I'm still having the same issue. Thank you for your help.
