Vor einer Woche habe ich mein Jahresabo für meine Creative Cloud gebucht (monatliche Zahlung). Ich möchte mein Abo nun kündigen, muss jedoch eine Kündigungsgebühr von 163,58€ zahlen. Wie kann dies sein, wenn meine Buchung noch keine 14 Tage her ist?
