Gisteren heb ik per ongeluk via de Adobe site het Creative Cloud Alle apps lidmaatschap afgesloten voor de prijs van rond de €360 euro. Nu wil ik het omzetten/ aanpassen zodat ik via Surfspot de studentenversie kan aanschaffen. Maar dit lukt dus niet (heb inmiddels het lidmaatschap verwijderd maar de verloopdatum is over een jaar)
hoe kan ik voorkomen dat het geld van de creditcard wordt afgeschreven?
