Getting billed twice for same thing

I signed up for Lightroom Mobile and only use Lightroom Web and Mobile. Somehow Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock got added to my account. Two things I do not use. Apparently I'm stuck even tho I didn't approve of this and have zero need. Please advise.
