Getting charged after cancelling
Hi,
I started my monthly illustrator subscription in March 2023 and I cancelled it in June 2023, after that I didn't get charged for two months, because I cancelled it, and then in September I am suddenly being charged again. I started a chat with someone from Adobe and instead of helping me they tried to talk me into a deal which will 'save me money'. And through chatting with this unhelpful person I found out I now have a year subscription which means I have to pay 35 euro's if I want to cancel this subscribtion that I never even activated in the first place. It all feels incredibly shady! I really want Adobe to stop charging me and to reimburse these last few payments.
