Getting charged after cancelling

Hi,

I started my monthly illustrator subscription in March 2023 and I cancelled it in June 2023, after that I didn't get charged for two months, because I cancelled it, and then in September I am suddenly being charged again. I started a chat with someone from Adobe and instead of helping me they tried to talk me into a deal which will 'save me money'. And through chatting with this unhelpful person I found out I now have a year subscription which means I have to pay 35 euro's if I want to cancel this subscribtion that I never even activated in the first place. It all feels incredibly shady! I really want Adobe to stop charging me and to reimburse these last few payments.

then it sounds like adobe made an error.  they will fix that.

 

but you should clarify one more item; are you sure you had a monthly subscription in 3/23 and not an annual plan paid monthly?  ie, you needed to opt for the more expensive monthly payment of ~$31.50/mo, not the ~$21/mo plan
