Got charged over AR$ 7200 for a AR$ 2055 + tax invoice. Argentina - Creative Cloud 100GB Plan

Hi, I've a Creative Cloud Package, that was supposed to cost $3.575 (Argentina Pesos) INCLUDING TAXES.

So, if I look at the invoice... it says 2,055.00 + 74% TAX .... that I think is enough TAX!

Then, when I pay the with a Argentina Card ... I got OVER 100% MORE TAXES!!!
That is crazy...

Is there any way to avoid all this double taxing ?

I've just paid over AR$ 7.200 .... for a AR$ 2.055 + Tax invoice... that is crazy.

contact adobe support and ask. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I'm from Argentina too and had the same problem. I just contacted an agent and they refunded me the taxes Adobe charged me mistakenly, but not the double ammount of taxes I payed in Argentina as a result of their mistake.

Adobe should review their billing practices and show more respect to customers.
