Hello Adobe community. I'm having a real problem trying to edit my PDF. I have a subscription to Adobe. I open my document. I click "More Tools ".. One of the choices is "Edit PDF". I click on that and nothing happens. So I go to the bottom and even though I already have the Adobe app I click "Get App". Nothing happens. I go back trying to figure it out . It keeps trying to sell me a more expensive product.
Also, I'm already logged in and have a subscription but it keeps telling me to log in and trying to get me to subscribe. At the bottom of some screens it says It says "an unknown error occurred" on an otherwise black screen
I ask the assistant but it only wants general questions and gives general answers.
I've edited before and I have a recent iPhone 15 so that shouldn't be it. What is going on? Why if I already have a subscription is a simple, working edit button not on the screen?

I can't get support with that virtual assistant. It says it can't find arecord that I have an account and that I have to have one to proceed. Man! What a lot of hassle!

I contacted the "support" people. Talked to five different people. Each kept asking the same questions and transfer me to other people. One asked for 10 digits of my credit card number. Another by his answers, you could see he was reading them. Didn't really know what he was doing.

After two or three days of this I think I need to try to get a new subscription to Apple Pro or Apple premium, use it for seven days and then unsubscribe. I just don't know if I should wait until this one that I have right now (supposedly) is gone on the 30th of this month...

Well it looks like Adobe has that covered too. I can't get adobe premium or pro or anything else until this one expires. And then I just have to hope that it's not still held hostage by this crap. This business is so effed up. What a company

Besides, I already contact support. Talked to 5 different people for hours today and got absolutely nowhere. You've actually been the most helpful person here. They should hire you!
