Hace dos meses compre el plan del after effects y dos dias despues mejore mi plan al que tiene todas las aplicaciones, hoy por casualidad me doy cuenta que me siguen cobrando el de after effects y encima el de todas las aplicaciones.
Intento cancelar el de after effects pero me dice que si lo cancelo tengo una penalizacion de 130€ ¿Que debo hacer?
El soporte solo da error y no ayuda...

Hi Rodri,
As I understand you changed the Adobe plan, however, you are being charged for both the plans. I checked your account and see that you have 2 active subscriptions After Effects and Creative cloud all apps. You will have to cancel one by logging into your Adobe account. please follow steps shared in this link to cancel online: https://adobe.ly/3ZfKuVB.

Exactamente, pero es que si cancelo el de after effects me cobran un cargo de 135€ aproximadamente a parte de los meses anteriores que se me ha cobrado ¿Como puedo solicitar ese reembolso?
