Hello. I need help paying for a month of Premiere Pro.

 I've entered two of my debit cards, and neither is accepted, even though I have enough balance.
I tried to purchase the subscription a while ago, but I was charged, but I couldn't access the program. I received a refund shortly after. I'm from Mexico and would like to know if there's a solution.

I'm tired of trying to get a Premiere Pro membership. I've already contacted my bank and an Adobe agent, but nothing ever works out. When I contacted my bank, they told me everything was fine and that it was Adobe's fault. When I contacted Adobe, they told me everything was fine and that it was my bank's fault. And when I contacted my bank again, they told me everything was fine and to contact Adobe again.
I can't believe buying from Adobe is so difficult. I've already wasted HOURS of my time trying to figure this out, and I don't think I'll ever end up getting the Premiere product.
