Help changing Adobe Screen Name

I recently took over a new position and in the process of updating the profile I was unsuccessful in updating the Adobe Screen Name. Any advice, tips appreciated. Thank you!

go to your account (https://account.adobe.com) and in the right side column click edit profile > change adobe screen name
