Help for cancelling subscription needed
Hello! I want to finish my subscription for my monthly pay for Adobe Flash Professional due to my studies has finished. It's impossible to do it online without help and there is just endless circle of links i need to visit without result. I did an online research that many people face the same problem for years. How can it be like that? So unfair how Adobe wants to control my bank account. In this case I'm disappointed with Adobe service. I hope that somebody from Adobe staff can help me with this issue (hoping for not sending me links but with a real help with cancellation process). All the best, Dace.
