Hello,

 

I hope you're doing well.

 

Recently, I activated the 7-day free trial of Adobe Photoshop to try the software for my music project Mirrors Destruction. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand how to use the program properly, so I canceled the subscription via your website before the trial ended.

 

However, I later discovered that PayPal still had my payment details saved, and €36 (approximately 960 CZK) was automatically charged to my account.

 

Since I canceled the subscription and did not use the product beyond testing for a short time, I kindly ask if it's possible to receive a full refund and ensure the subscription is fully canceled.

Any remaining Adobe Stock credits will be invalidated when you cancel the plan, so you may want to use any unused credits before completing the cancellation process.

I would suggest contacting Adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot. Be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

If you want to give Photoshop another try, please feel free to visit us again here in the Forums and we can answer questions to help you get the program set up and walk you through some of the processes that can help you get your project done.
