Hi, I mistakenly subscribed in Lightroom for a year and that's too much. I wanted a free trial but i was fully charged for a year. Please how can i get a refund? I already cancelled the plan.

If you cancelled within the 14 day period you should get the refund. Generally it takes around a week or so for the refund to reflect in the statement. For refund rules, refer to the following link.

You can contact Adobe support as well to discuss this out. To contact support follow the instructions given below
    1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
    3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
    4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

because you failed to cancel during the 7 day trial and the 7 day additional refund period, you're not owed a refund.  you can still ask for one, but shouldn't expect one.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
