THIS IS A TOXIC AND FRAUDULENT SPACE. ADOBE COMPANY KEEPS RIPPING OFF PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. AS A STUDENT TRYING TO PUSH THROUGH SCHOOL, I HATE UNNECESSARY EXPLOITATIONS. TODAY MARKS THE SECOND TIME ADOBE COMPANY HAS REMOVED CAD $29.11 AS MONTHLY CHARGE. I HAVE TRIED ALL OPTIONS FOR CANCELLATION, I HAVE REMOVED MY CARD DETAILS FROM ONLINE TRANSCATIONS YET SOMEHOW THEY HAVE MANAGED TO CAP A TOTAL OF CAD $58.22. PLEASE WHO KNOWS HOW I CAN END THIS MADNESS. KINDLY REACH OUT TO ME via <email removed-kglad> THIS IS THE SAME EMAIL, THEY SAY I DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT PAID SUBSCRIPTION YET CONTINUE TO DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT.

Hi @ifeyinwa_9899,
We appreciate you reaching out and we are here to help. As per your account details, I can't find any active subscription associated with this email. Do you have any other email address registered with Adobe? Is it a student's subscription?
Note: Do not share your email address or any other private information here since this is a public forum.
Looking forward to your reply
^Shivangi

if you don't /didn't have an adobe subscription/trial and didn't use that email to start a trial app via a mobile store, report fraud to your credit card company. ie, anyone can steal credit card details and make use of your card.
in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
