I got a problem, its Saturday morning...Nobody in the "community forum" should be involved in billing matters with my questions? Guess Im shot out of luck. Awesome!

Absolutely. Nobody. Tip: if you get a private message from an Adobe Rep - it is a fake. They want your Adobe password, credit card, and access to your computer.
