My, trial period got extended without my knowledge. I tried reaching out to the customer service. They say they are pulling up my profile. And then they disconnect without any response. Is there a way for me to reach out to the Adobe Customer service or sue them for the horrible mentally damaging customer service experience?</span;>

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.
Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen or through Twiter: @AdobeCare - https://twitter.com/AdobeCare
If the chat window fails to open, then use a different device.
There is no email support, so beware of scammers.

Hello! JR,
I'm aware this is a public forum, just wanted to get this issue to everyone's attention, coz it's been a recurring issue with adobe's customer experience, I thought it was just me but I've just read 100 other customers facing same issue with the adobe's oversees customer care representatives. I just wanted to let people know that Adobe's customer service representatives leave you hanging for 15 min when you try to chat with them after every question.
And also wanted to understand if someone experienced similar thing, what action did they take?
I'm just someone who's money is lost and since adobe's is non-responsive, wanted to understand if anyone knew how it can be handled.
