Hello, today I downloaded Creative Cloud with the former account and soon canceled the plan.
That's because I want to deactivate the former accont and make a new account.
But I couldn't get a refund from Adobe.
Should I wait for it? Or should I find other ways to get my refund?
Please answer to me. I'm very nervous :-C
