How can I use redeem code when I already have a subscription.

When I bought a new computer, I got a redeem code for a free 3 month subscription, before that I had a subscription with a monthly fee. How can I use this offer now? Do I have to cancel the paid subscription and enter the code? Thank you for your help.

no, do not cancel.  you can add your code to extend your current subscription per the link in @KanikaS's message.
