How do I activate a subscription I canceled?

today I canceled my creative cloud plan and I want to activate it again, I have been using it for 1 year, how will it work?

As far as I know (check with support) you may not reactivate once you cancel... you need to buy a new subscription

You've received multiple correct replies. There's no way to delete it.

However, I can lock it for you.

You don't.  Once you cancel, it's gone forever.  You'll have to start a NEW subscription under a new ID.

I tried to talk to support but I couldn't find anything other than artificial intelligence I'm looking for a real person or an email I don't think they have a phone number for turkey
