p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
Since, this is a community forum, if you face any trouble while cancellation or making changes in the plan or if you have any further questions related to billing or refund, I would request you to contact our Customer Support team and you will get all the help you require in order to resolve the issue.
We are happy to share the link that can help you to connect with the Adobe Customer support via chat.
You signed up for an annual plan (paid monthly). Adobe could charge for the entire year, but give a generous 50% discount on what is left of the year. Cancel in the 12th month to avoid a fee. Don't wait, because each year it auto-renews and starts again.
