how do i cancel my subscription before the 14 days?

I want to cancel my student subscription but I can't see any cancel button. will you please direct me to the correct page? I feel like I'm stuck in a loop here..

when I press view plan it just takes me to the next screenshot

i contacted the university and they said it's not up to them, and i cant change the application included either

Adobe for Enterprise needs to be handled via the Enterprise administrator. If they do not know the solution, the Enterprise administrator needs to contact Adobe support to get the necessary information. 

 

It's the wrong answer that it is not up to "them", except if you did not contact the correct support at the university.
