How do I cancel Premiere Elements 2025?

I want to return the Premiere Elements 2025 (upgrade version) that I recently purchased directly from adobe.com for a refund. Does anybody have an idea of how to make this happen? Since 2025 version no longer uses a serial number, the processed outlined for earlier versions is not applicable. And the (loosely clarified) other methods seem to be based on a cloud service, and PE is not a listed serviced (thus no way to cancel with that method). The product shows up under my "products" page, but not like my older non-cloud products (which jave a serial number), but as simply in a box at the bottom (" Adobe Premiere Elements 2025 Edit, create, organize, and share your videos. 3-year term license. " with a download button). I might add, the Virtual Assitant is pretty clueless on this.

This does not work (or apply). It does NOT show up under PLANS, and my page says "You have no paid plans" --- nor do I think Adobe Premiere Elements 2025 is a considered an Adobe "plan" since all plans seem to be subscription & cloud based (even through the new PE 2025 is technically a 3 year subscription where the product stops functioning after that). PE 2025 DOES show up under PRODUCTS, but no option is provided except "download" (also note that PE 2025 no longer uses serial numbers, so the prior references to previous versions of Elements found in FAQ do not apply to PE 2025). To top it off the email receipt says to click & chat with us for any problems with your order, which is simply the chatbot that just seems to know how to cancel cloud plans and prior download versions. It kind of seems to me that the new Elements 2025 changed by which it no longer used serial numbers (like prior versions) and is now a subscrtion (through not a "plan" offering).

In the end I called the Adobe 800 line (and waited ... then a transfer, and another wait ...) and got the product cancelled with refund, which is apparently the only way (though I'm not sure the call center operator understtod question).

It should be a lot easier. Though Adobe is really a subscription cloud model now anyway, and occasional viedo ediiting users should probably look elsewhere for their soultions these days.

Thanks for the reply. I seem to be in some void. I have used both cloud & package software from Adobe in past and have had no problems. This 2025 version of Elements seem to be in a void between the two type of platforms. Cloud services I've managed under "Plans" and have had no problems with. The standard software package types, like my former versions of Elements, have always shown under "Products" with their serial numbers. The new Elements 2025 has no serial numbers (and stop working after 3 year license peroid - so is it a product or a plan???), and it does show up under products, but not as one of the registered product and just a download option (plus the email confirmation for the sale also does not specify any information). Howevere, one of the links off the page link you sent me did have a comment than certain information might be incomplete until Adobe finishes processing transaction. While I bought it several days ago, maybe it is just slow to process for some reason.
