How do I contact Adobe Live Chat?

None of the 'Contact Us' links on the website work?

 

I've tried multiple browsers, cleared extensions, but not a single one of the 'Contact Us' links on the adobe website work.

 

I spent 8 hours yesterday connected to live chat and didn't get a response until I had already left the office, 10 hours since starting the chat... I left all the details necessary to my case in the chat but none of that was picked up, not even my contact email.

 

I can't even find the option to get back into a chat today... Where is it?

its about cancelling my membership and cancellations fees - since I have never been able to use the service as my machine is too old to run the application.

We are volunteers on this forum, the Adobe staff presumably will be available on Monday.

Cancellation will depend on the contract you've signed up for. In the meantime access you account to see if you cancel it online. You can access your account via the Creative Cloud app under the drop-down menu situated top right where your face pic is, or could be.
