How do I get a refund for yearly subscription
My son started a trial by accident for Photoshop express app on my iPhone but when I signed into my Adobe account it came up that I had no plans etc so I thought that meant he had already cancelled the subscription, I had not checked the actual App Store and then today I got an email and a notification from my bank that I was charged £99.99 for yearly subscription. I had to go and cancel the subscription on the App Store too and I have requested a refund. Can anyone help me as I didn't think to check the actual App Store subscriptions and only checked my Adobe account online on their website and thought it was all sorted. Now I'm down £99.99 and in a really bad financial way and can't afford it and I'm freaking out as I have house bills coming out next week.
