How Do I Get Support. No Really

I am filing an FTC complaint.  A 5 minute event is now into an hour and I cannot get support to save my life.    I added an ADOBE PRO license to my team.  But, Adobe charge be for a full package so I have gone from $14.99/month to $49.98 per month in one little click of a mouse for something I didn't order.  I tried calling the support number and got a busy signal.  I have been sitting on chat for over an hour and have gotten nothing other than 'sorry for the delay'.  It shouldn't be this hard.

 

Adobe:  you are violating your responsibilities to provide the product and support you are selling.  I am filing an FTC complaint and disputing the charge to my card.

    I am having the same issues!  I can not get them on the phone!

    using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.
