You can wait or you can wait! Any other action won't accelerate the refund. You should allow for 5 days for the money to arrive to your account.

if you can wait a few hours it's likely an employee will post here and confirm your cancellation and refund. otherwise, follow @John T Smith's suggestion and contact support more directly.

Refunds are processed manually. You will get the refund using the same payement method used for buying the plan. It takes however around a workweek for the funds to arrive at your account.
It is important to check that you really cancelled your plan. You can do that by going to https://account.adobe.com/plans. If you have no plan there, then you are good.
The 7-day trial cannot be taken more than once in a generation. I do not know exactly when the trial count resets, but you need to wait at least for the next major version, before being able to take that one again.
BTW: Adobe tells you before you take the plan, when they intend to charge you.
