Question

How do I reach customer support?

I had a regular Adobe CC subscription for 6 months this year and then switched to an enterprise subscription and now I can't reach the support chat anymore without contacting the enterprise administrator first. But the question I have involves the first few invoices from my private subscription that have nothing to do with the enterprise admininistrator. It's quite urgent, how do I reach out to Adobe? I can't find any email addresses.

When you sign in to your browser, after you give your Adobe ID, you may be asked to choose between Personal and Enterprise sign in. If you choose Personal, you should have access to the chat.

sign into adobe.com using your individual id.  then using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Hey, I can't do this because I'm on an enterprise license. This is all I get when I click open the chat:

I've already contacted the administrator but they have zero to do with this as this is about my previous personal Adobe CC license. Very annoying that Adobe doesn't provide any contact details. If someone can get me an email address, that would be great.
