How does an ACI get CC payment voucher?

Any Adobe Certified Instructors reading?

Can you help me understand the procedure to get my voucher code for CC? I have a current CC ACI certificate (Video Editing), and my self-paid CC subscription has now run out.

I have asked through the certification support email, the trainingpartners support, and the Adobe standard support. No luck so far.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hey There! I'm having the same issue. I've been an ACI for years and years and all the official Training Partner Support emails don't work or they are busy. I don't know why they don't just send voucher codes out automatically when you pass the exam. I've been contacting them for months now with no response. I passed the CC Video Editing exam again in September 2022 and am supposed to have received the 2-year voucher. Now over a decade as an ACI its been the same every year. Once again, no issue with the admin, I'm sure there is a reason, but it is frustrating.
